MAGYAROKAT KERESÜNK.
We are looking for native speakers of Hungarian for a research study at the University of Michigan on how the tongue, lips, and body move during speaking.
About the study:
- The study involves coming to the Department of Linguistics at the University of Michigan, where the participant will produce speech.
- The study uses Electromagnetic Articulography, a state of the art speech tracker, which means that while participants speak, they sit within a magnetic field, and have small sensors adhered to locations on and in their mouth, on their face, and on their arms and fingers.
- These sensors are tracked as they move through the magnetic field while the participant speaks and gives us an idea about speech production.
Time and compensation:
- Participation should take about three hours.
- You will be paid $20 per hour of participation.
